| Consultancy Completion Stage |
- Our Façade engineer will carryout full inspection of the completed works and prepare the punch list of defects for the façade contractor to correct.
- Upon completion of corrections by the façade contractor, re-inspection will be carried out and final acceptance shall be given on satisfaction.
- Our façade engineer shall initiate the final submissions of quality & test reports, as-built drawings and operation &
maintenance manuals from the façade contactor.
