Consultancy Manufacturing Stage

- As the manufacturing of components commences we will make factory visits and carryout the inspection of quality procedures and fabricated components to ensure that these are meeting the design and quality requirements of the project. We audit the quality reports of all incoming materials as well as the in-process
inspection.
- We also review the progress of the project as per plan and would recommend any corrections needed to meet the project deadlines. We will inspect and review the packing and dispatch method for the finished good to ensure the finished product quality is not compromised.
- We prepare the report along with the photographs after each factory visits for the benefit of all concerned.
