Consultancy Tender Stage

- We call for pre-tender meeting and participate to discuss the technical contents of the project and clarify the queries in a systematic way. This ensures the façade contractor fully understands the design intent and their
tender proposals fully comply with the specification.
- Upon receipt of the tender we prepare the technical evaluation of each documents .We prepare the report on the advantages and disadvantages of the various proposals and map it to easily recognize the difference between specific proposals.
- We call for the factory and site visits to further assess the capabilities of the façade contractor to successfully complete the works within the scheduled time at desired quality level.
